USE OF THE FOOTWEAR BOARD
The key measurement to find out our shoe size is the one that goes from the heel to the tip of the big toe. Choose the size corresponding to the next size up on the chart. The boots and socks are designed to be compatible with Spiuk shoes. Therefore, in principle, we will choose the same size of boot as the shoe size. The measurements in mm correspond to the length of the inner insole because this is the best way to check.

USE OF THE SHOE TABLE
The key measurement to determine your shoe size is the distance from the heel to the tip of the big toe. Choose the size corresponding to the immediately larger measurement in the table. Boots and socks are designed to be compatible with Spiuk shoes. Therefore, in principle, you should choose the same size for boots as for shoes. The measurements in mm correspond to the length of the inner sole because it is the best way to check.
Helmets
To find your ideal size, you should measure the perimeter of your head, as shown in the image.
Each helmet specifies the appropriate measurements for each size, in centimetres.
