What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are €4.90 to Spain and Portugal, and €9.50 to the Balearic Islands. Shipping is free for purchases of more than €100.
When will I receive my shipment?
Currently, we only ship to Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal. We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days from receipt of payment.
How do I return a product if I am not satisfied?
If you are unsatisfied with the product, you have 30 days, and all returns are free of charge. To return an item, please email online@spiuk.com and we will help manage the package collection process. We only take responsibility for packages delivered by using our service and for 1 return per order.
When will the money be reimbursed?
Items must be returned in the same condition as received. They must be in their original packaging, unwashed, unused and retain their original label. Once the shipment arrives at our warehouses we will check its content and the condition of the products. After verifying that they are in perfect condition and have not suffered any damage, we will refund the corresponding product purchase price within 15 working days.
